I thought this format was an excellent way to convey such important messages. The format enabled me to listen as I pottered about ! I was then able to re listen to aspects and now have a great resource to reflect on and share with others in our journey to increase outcomes for young people.

Thank you for your hard work and for sharing

I thoroughly enjoyed learning from you in this format, Mary. So many thought-provoking ideas contained in one post - and the visuals were just perfect! The way you kept advice threaded neatly into the overarching theme of ‘high challenge, low threat’ really helped me to considered your points more deeply. I also took a lot from the guidance linked to language around sharing feedback. Our words really do matter in this coaching and mentoring context.

I look forward to hopefully seeing another video post in the future :)

Great piece of work. Video rather than podcast is good as there is some visual to help engagement.

I found the content very thought provoking and need to think how I utilise those concepts in the work I do.

This is a great listen and watch and I really like the format. I believe the central idea aligns nicely with the notion that teachers being “warm demanders” gets good results. Perhaps also all pupils like challenge. Only right then that they have the knowledge fundamental to accessing this challenge? Thanks for this will be sharing with SLT.
